Belgrave Family Hub — Private Pilot

Belgrave Family Hub is a private household coordination tool. It keeps explicit submissions, tasks and appointment corrections together with a source history. Access is limited to people authorized by the household administrator. There is no public registration on this page.

The current owner-only pilot connects a dedicated WhatsApp account for approved direct messages. Calendar access includes busy intervals and isolated scratch calendar tests. An additional owner-authorized mode reads bounded primary-event titles, times and locations for duplicate checks, then creates only new events after an exact owner preview and confirmation. It requires additional Google consent and private activation; existing events are not edited or deleted and no invitations are sent. Drive stores encrypted Hub backups in a private app-created folder. Read-only Gmail search and bounded message text support the owner's explicit email questions. Automatic inbox monitoring, other household access, Google Tasks and unrelated Drive files are not enabled. The private self-hosted task service handles approved reminders.

Google authorization verifies the selected account. Separate credentials isolate Calendar, Drive and Gmail. Hermes uses the owner's selected ChatGPT or Google Vertex provider for requested assistance, with relevant private notes, reviewed lessons, calendar busy intervals or email excerpts only within approved scope. The model worker does not receive Google refresh credentials. This informational website has no access to the private Hub or household data.
